    Position Summary

    The Maintenance Controls Technician provides technical support for the facility.  The succesful candidate must be have a vast knowledge of PLC experience to troubleshoot and identify problems in order to increase machine reliability.


    The Maintenance Controls teammate must possess:


    • Ability to go online with PLC programs and troubleshoot/identify problems, primarily Allen Bradley brands


    • Ability to make program changes to improve reliability and support machine changes/additions


    • Ability to replace, setup and troubleshooting problems with HMI touchscreen panels, primarily Allen Bradley Panelview


    • In depth ability to install, troubleshoot & program VFD, various brands


    • Strong communication skills to consult and assist vendors and internal support groups


    • Strong troubleshooting skills to increase facility equipment reliability


    • Ability to provide training throughout the maintenance group as needed



    • Position requires knowledge in other maintenance areas such as hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical, etc.



    • Ability to respond to after hour issues in plant



    Minimum two-year associates electronics technology degree or equivalent

    Five or more years experience in manufacturing electronics
