    Position Summary

    Receive, move, and ship raw materials and finished goods for sales orders in support of the production process.  Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (standard sit down and aisle master models). Warehouse and Forklift experience preferred. Capability to operate other warehouse equipment such as scales, wrappers, and banding equipment safely and efficiently.  Staring pay of $15.50. This position will participate in an Incentive Plan, which is paid based on the profitability of the company and teammate performance

     

     

    Qualifications

    • One to two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
    • Prior coatings manufacturing a plus, experience in food or like environment blending or mixing highly desirable
    • Possess a high school education or equivalent and pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical; must be at least 18 years
    • Be safety oriented at all times, prior experience in a chemical plant is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, teamwork and adaptability
    • Ability to accurately follow instructions, good verbal and written communication skills and be detail oriented.
    • Must possess basic math skills and be able to read, write and comprehend instructions in English
